Michael Mercieca is a Certified Public Accountant and also successfully read for both the Diploma in Taxation offered by The Malta Institute of Taxation and the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) offered by the Malta Institute of Management. Michael worked within different sections of Deloitte Malta's tax department including the corporate tax, compliance and immigration teams. From 2014 to 2017 Michael headed up the 'personal tax and employer services' team at Deloitte Malta. Michael was a tax lecturer for various service providers in Malta, was an ACCA tax lecturer and was a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta. Michael also sits on the Direct Tax Committee of the Malta Institute of Taxation and on the Taxation Committee of the Malta Institute of Accountants.

Together with Zet finance, Michael also co founded QLZH Group which is one of Malta's leading estate agency franchises with 30 offices and over 550 agents and sits on the Board of various local Companies, including a Publicly listed entity.

Bernard is a Malta Warranted, Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Over the course of his career, Bernard has assisted numerous clients with accounting, corporate and tax advisory services and has been involved in the implementation of various international corporate structures involving Maltese entities.  Bernard focuses on the firm’s immigration practice, specialising in applications for Malta citizenship and residency for various clients.
